Our services include connecting multiple online ad campaigns from platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google, and compiling all this data into our app. This allows users to manage multiple ad accounts for multiple clients in one place.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.orbot.me), apps, and related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Orbot"). By using Orbot, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use our Platform.
Orbot is constantly evolving. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. If a change will materially affect you, we’ll notify you at least 1 month in advance. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using Orbot and cancel your account.
To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old. You’re responsible for your account and ensuring it is used lawfully. Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at info@orbot.me.
You are responsible for the content you post on Orbot, including text, images, videos, and links. By posting content, you grant Orbot a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform and in our marketing. Ensure your content complies with our Community Standards and does not infringe on others’ rights.
You can sign up for a free or paid plan and cancel at any time. Paid plans are non-refundable, but if you cancel within 72 hours, we may make an exception. To cancel, visit your account settings or contact us at info@orbot.me.
If you’re eligible for monetization features, we’ll notify you. You must comply with all legal requirements, including disclosing commissions and partnerships. Payments are processed through third-party providers like Stripe or PayPal, and you’re responsible for any associated fees or taxes.
If you violate these Terms or our Community Standards, we may suspend or cancel your account. We’ll usually notify you beforehand, but we’re not obligated to do so. No refunds will be provided for fees paid in advance.
You are solely responsible for how visitors and customers interact with your profile and content. Orbot is not responsible for any products or services advertised or sold through your profile.
We welcome your feedback! If you share ideas or suggestions with us, we may use them without obligation to compensate you. Beta features may be less reliable than the rest of the Platform.
We grant you a limited right to use the Platform for sharing content and interacting with others. All intellectual property rights related to the Platform (excluding your content) belong to Orbot. You may not use our brand name or logo without prior written approval.
Paid plans are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled. Transaction fees may apply for certain features. We’ll notify you of any fee changes at least 1 month in advance.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. By using Orbot, you agree to our data practices.
Orbot is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform. You agree to indemnify us against any claims related to your content or actions. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We’re not responsible for interruptions, errors, or harmful components. Use the Platform at your own risk.
Orbot integrates with third-party services like payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their terms and conditions. We’re not responsible for their actions or fees.
If you download our app, you agree to these additional terms. You may not distribute the app or use it on multiple devices simultaneously. App Store terms also apply if you download the app from Apple or Google Play.
Our app includes open-source software components. Their license terms govern your use of those components.
