Welcome to Orbot. Orbot ("we," "us," or "our") is a multi-platform advertising analytics and management tool that aggregates campaign data from third-party advertising platforms — including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads — into a unified dashboard for agencies, media buyers, and businesses.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (orbot.me) and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
To use Orbot, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Platform is intended for professional and business use; use for personal, non-commercial purposes is not the intended use case.
To access the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at info@orbot.me.
Orbot allows you to connect advertising accounts from third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads) via their official APIs and OAuth authorization flows. By connecting such accounts, you:
You may disconnect any connected ad platform from your account settings at any time, which will immediately revoke Orbot's access to that platform's data.
You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Orbot offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion (e.g., cancellation within 72 hours of initial purchase). We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Campaign data retrieved from connected ad platforms is used solely to provide you with the Platform's analytics, reporting, and management features — it is not shared with unauthorized third parties or used for any other commercial purpose.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your data and your connected ad account data) — are owned by or licensed to Orbot. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Orbot name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform and all campaign data retrieved from your connected ad accounts. By using the Platform, you grant Orbot a limited license to process, store, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by applicable law. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice before suspension or termination except where immediate action is required. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including sections on intellectual property, liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Campaign data displayed on the Platform is retrieved from third-party sources and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate due to API limitations or third-party outages. We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data retrieved from connected ad platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orbot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the fees you paid to Orbot in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orbot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including the rights of any ad platform whose API you access through Orbot; or (d) any misrepresentation you make in connection with your use of the Platform.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including advertising platforms and payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and conditions. Orbot is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party platforms, including any changes to their APIs or data access policies that may affect the Platform's functionality.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or via a notice on the Platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protection laws, those laws shall apply to the extent they cannot be contractually waived.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Orbot regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
